Community Partners

Explore strives to foster meaningful relationships with local organizations that align with our mission to spark a love of learning in all children. Without these connections, our goal to better serve the community of the Pee Dee region would not be possible. Please see the information below about our current community partners.

Grants Awarded

Explore: The Children’s Museum of the Pee Dee is very thankful for the grants that have been awarded by local organizations to bring the dream of a children’s museum to the Pee Dee region closer to a reality. Every contribution to our cause is very impactful to our organization.

The Kiwanis Club of Florence recently awarded Explore funding for the outdoor classroom and discovery garden.

Eat Smart Move More Florence recently awarded Explore two raised garden beds for the outdoor classroom and discovery garden. Small-scale programming related to the raised bed garden will occur this Spring and will be open to the public.
